Beginning January 1st, 2025 The California Air Resources Board (CARB) is actively enforcing
heavy-duty diesel vehicle regulations in support of California’s
clean air goals. Starting in 2025 Enforcement of clean diesel vehicle rules will require semi annual smog emissions testing and reporting to CARB by Credentialed Testers or in house fleet managers.
